Aloo Samosa recipe | आलू के समोसे | Mini samosa recipe | Monsoon special recipe | Flavours Of Food
Monsoon season has begun in India, so let's make everyone's fav Aloo ke samose.
Ingredients:
(for stuffing)
- Mustard oil: 1 tbsp
- Jeera: 1 tsp
- Coriander seeds: 1 tsp
- Chopped ginger: 1/2 tbsp
- kaju: 8-10
- Boiled peas: 1/4 cup
- Paneer cubes: 1/4 cup
- salt to taste
- red chilli powder: 1.5 tsp
- coriander powder: 1 tsp
- jeera powder: 1 tsp
- amchur powder: 1 tsp
- Heeng: 1/2 tsp
- Boiled & mashed potatoes- 2 cups
- Chopped coriander leaves- handful
(For Dough)
- Maida: 1.5 cups
- salt: 1 tsp
- Ajwain: 1 tsp
- ghee: 2 tbsp
- water : as required
- Oil to fry
Serve with tamarind & mint coriander chutney. Enjoy !
